These terms apply when you use youbewear.com or buy from us. Please read them before you place an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

YouBe Wear is a trading name of YOU BE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at hello@youbewear.com. Our full company details are on our Contact information page.

Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell to you.

2. Using our store

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
• Please give us accurate details, including your name, address and email, so we can deliver your order.
• You must not use our store for anything illegal, to send harmful code, or to interfere with how the site works.

3. Products

• We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in print and fabric are normal.
• Size guides are provided on product pages. Please check them before you order.
• All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency. UK prices include VAT where applicable.
• The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
